Key responsibilities

• Cultivate robust client relationships and translate briefs into actionable plans.
• Lead projects autonomously from scope definition through final delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and campaign teams to bring ideas to life.
• Present creative work to clients, articulating vision and impact.
• Manage external suppliers, freelancers and commercial decisions.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, adapting to shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Several years of client‑facing or creative experience seeking greater autonomy.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills and a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interest in creative and design processes and confident presenting ideas.
