About the role
Join a dynamic Sydney team that is shaping the future of global industries. As a Mid‑Level Project Architect/Designer you will play a crucial part in the growth of our office, working on large‑scale projects both nationally and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings and 3‑D models that accurately reflect design intent for complex, multi‑phase projects.
- Assist senior staff in ensuring all designs and technical documentation comply with project requirements, Australian building codes and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers and internal teams to resolve design challenges and optimise outcomes.
- Present design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders using strong visual and verbal communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of local architectural experience.
- Solid understanding of design and construction documentation and Australian building codes.
- Experience on complex commercial or large‑scale multi‑residential projects.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit (essential).
- Experience with rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
- Strong Photoshop skills for presentation work.
