Merchandiser – Retail Building Solutions

About the role

ITW is seeking a Merchandiser to maintain and grow its Building Solution range in retail stores across South Sydney and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering high‑standard product presentation, customer service and stock accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for retail sale, ensuring profitable growth.
• Meet or exceed agreed customer service levels, call‑cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.
• Drive customer satisfaction through superior business practices and strong relationship building.
• Maintain accurate call‑cycle compliance and maximise in‑store hours.
• Demonstrate ITW culture, health and safety standards, and values.

Required profile

• Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to liaise with all organisational levels.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer/business relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to one week per quarter; reliable vehicle required.
