Medical Science Liaison – Neuroscience (NSW/QLD)

About the role

Roche is seeking a field‑based Medical Affairs professional to act as the Medical Patient Journey Partner (M‑PJP) for its neuroscience portfolio, focusing on multiple sclerosis across New South Wales and Queensland. The role combines scientific leadership with customer‑centric engagement to improve outcomes for patients, healthcare providers and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the scientific expert for Roche’s neuroscience pipeline and marketed products, providing deep therapeutic knowledge to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators and academic researchers in the neuroscience field.
• Deliver scientific education and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date product information.
• Support clinical trial development by offering scientific insights and collaborating with clinical teams.
• Communicate complex scientific data, including trial results, clearly to diverse audiences.
• Gather field intelligence and feed insights back to shape product strategy and commercialization.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and Roche’s internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven Medical Science Liaison experience within the healthcare setting.
• Strong expertise in neuroscience, preferably multiple sclerosis.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence key opinion leaders.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and quality use of medicines.
