Medical Receptionist – Brisbane South (Multiple Clinics)

About the role

We are looking for an organised, detail‑oriented Medical Receptionist to join our Brisbane South team. The role is full‑time, with 7.6‑hour shifts between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. While you will have a primary clinic, you will also support our Mater, Meadowbrook, Annerley and Carindale locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients – manage face‑to‑face and phone registrations, bookings, triage and general enquiries.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and process billing and invoicing.
• Operate the clinic booking system efficiently.
• Perform back‑office tasks such as outbound calls, auditing, data entry and reporting under manager direction.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a medical or health‑care environment.
• Flexibility with working hours and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Adaptability to work with various databases and systems.
