Marketplace Growth Specialist

About the role

Toshi, an established Melbourne brand, is expanding across Australia’s leading marketplaces such as The Iconic, Baby Bunting, Amazon, and Myer. We are seeking a commercially driven Marketplace Growth Specialist to own and accelerate our marketplace performance, blending strategy, operations, and data‑led execution.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and manage new and existing marketplace channels, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales, profitability, and product visibility on each platform.
• Create and optimise product listings, applying marketplace SEO, keyword strategy, and enhanced content.
• Design competitive pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns to maximise AOV and ROAS.
• Maintain high‑volume inventory accuracy, coordinate fulfillment, and oversee demand forecasting and account health.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and profitability; build dashboards and translate data into commercial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, manage disputes, and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven success growing marketplace channels with strong commercial and ecommerce acumen.
• Excellent analytical and data‑management skills, with experience turning insights into actions.
• Hands‑on experience with large inventories, marketplace integration or feed platforms, and Shopify.
• Familiarity with marketplace advertising and a passion for AI‑driven automation.
