Marketing Specialist

About the role

Délidoor, an Australian artisan frozen‑meal brand, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth across both digital and traditional channels. This hands‑on role blends strategic planning with content creation, CRM management and campaign execution, reporting directly to the co‑founders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Analyse sales and customer data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Create end‑to‑end social and advertising video content: scriptwriting, shooting, editing and production.
• Produce food photography and video that showcases chef‑made meals.
• Own the full CRM programme – newsletters, automated flows, segmentation and campaign calendar (Klaviyo or similar).
• Manage the social media calendar and brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Research market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Plan and deliver seasonal and cultural campaigns and brand partnerships.
• Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
• Measure, report and optimise content, CRM and campaign performance for leadership.
• Brief and coordinate external creative, media partners and agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or at least five years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in a role that combines marketing strategy with hands‑on content production, preferably in food, hospitality, FMCG or DTC e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to create compelling food‑focused visual content.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
