Marketing Manager - Surgical Instruments

About the role

A leading MedTech organisation is looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager for its surgical implantable portfolio. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the role sits in a high-performance environment and involves driving growth, market share and profitability across an established portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth, market share and profitability across the surgical implantable portfolio.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
• Manage portfolio performance, including product lifecycle, pricing strategies, forecasting, competitive positioning and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical and regional/global stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Use market intelligence, customer insights and surgeon relationships to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning and drive product adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or a related field.
• Proven experience within the medical devices industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive commercial growth and market share.
• Strong people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams.
• Commercially astute, with strong analytical skills and experience managing complex product portfolios in competitive markets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence cross-functional teams and work across regional and global environments.
