Marketing and Design Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

LifeX is an independent lending service provider licensed by Platform Consolidated Group, offering car finance and lending services supported by a nationwide team of lending managers. It is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Marketing and Design Coordinator who can plan and run marketing campaigns, prepare marketing materials and create content, while building relationships with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop the marketing calendar and execute marketing plans and campaigns, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, promotional offers, price lists and other marketing materials.
• Procure branded merchandise, apparel and accessories.
• Promote LifeX and its services to existing and prospective target audiences.
• Create engaging content and manage online communities, SEO and social media channels.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with external marketing partners and stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, legislation, compliance requirements and LifeX products and services.

Required profile

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Strong communication skills, professional manner and presentation.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflows effectively to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail and quick learning.
• Bonus: experience in automotive, car finance or car insurance, previous marketing or design experience, and event planning or coordination experience.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Digital marketing and social media management.
