Marketing Manager - Seniors Communities Portfolio (12-Month Fixed Term)

About the role

Anglicare Sydney is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager for its Seniors Communities portfolio on a 12-month maximum-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will deliver integrated marketing activity that strengthens brand awareness, attracts prospective residents, generates quality leads and supports occupancy growth, working closely with Sales, Operations and Village teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, direct, events and community channels
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives across the portfolio
• Partner with Sales to strengthen the enquiry-to-appointment-to-reservation journey
• Develop campaign briefs, manage external agencies, suppliers and the internal design studio
• Deliver responsive marketing for existing and turnover village stock
• Use CRM, campaign reporting and customer insights to improve marketing performance
• Create engaging content across digital and traditional channels
• Support customer events, open home programs and information sessions
• Champion consistent use of the Senior Communities brand and build relationships with stakeholders

Required profile

• 6+ years' experience in marketing, including campaign management, integrated, digital, performance or portfolio marketing
• Self-starter able to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
• Project management and organisation skills, with experience coordinating campaigns from briefing to delivery
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners
• Good commercial awareness and strong lead generation and customer acquisition capability
• Preferred: property, retirement living, residential development or multi-site experience, brand governance exposure and close partnership with sales
