Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

MEGT, an Australian not-for-profit helping people start careers, is hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist based at its Ringwood head office. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role strengthens MEGT's market position and drives customer acquisition, engagement and growth. It works closely with the Apprentice Connect Provider and Transition to Work divisions, corporate teams and shared services, turning business priorities into marketing plans for B2B, B2C, government, RTO and industry audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and run marketing solutions for MEGT's divisions, aligned with business and commercial goals.
• Lead brand and performance marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers and engage them.
• Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, budgets and timelines for cross-channel marketing delivery.
• Analyse campaign performance, marketing effectiveness and customer insights to find ways to improve.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience and a tertiary qualification in Marketing.
• B2B and/or not-for-profit experience highly regarded.
• Track record of campaigns that generate leads, improve conversion or support customer acquisition.
• Ability to manage marketing plans from strategy through execution and evaluation across multiple channels.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external agencies, including briefing processes.
