Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies and execute major campaigns for Trippas White Group’s hospitality venues, working closely with venue managers and internal teams to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for our venues.
• Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Oversee briefing of graphic design, digital, and social media teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners, including the PR agency.
• Update website content regularly and manage seasonal menu changes.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimise results.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives stay within budget and meet expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or lifestyle marketing with a focus on account management.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign results and adapt strategies.
• Excellent project management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for the restaurant and bar industry and awareness of emerging trends.
