Marketing Manager – Fashion Brand (Byron Bay)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the brand growth of a well‑established Australian fashion label. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will head a small marketing team and collaborate closely with Product, Retail and eCommerce to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead seasonal and monthly go‑to‑market planning and develop integrated campaign calendars.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, milestones and cross‑functional execution to ensure on‑time launches.
• Partner with Product, Buying, Retail, Creative, eCommerce and leadership teams, running regular progress meetings and reviews.
• Oversee execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations and brand initiatives, managing workflows, approvals and creative assets.
• Develop and execute the brand’s content strategy across organic social channels.
• Monitor fashion, culture and consumer trends, applying insights to optimise campaign performance.
• Analyse campaign and channel performance, reporting on effectiveness, customer behaviour and commercial insights.
• Plan and coordinate brand events, launches and community activations aligned with overall strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating spend to maximise ROI while staying within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the fashion retail sector.
• Strong strategic leadership skills with a track record of delivering commercially focused campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and balance creativity with business outcomes.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication abilities.
