Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

About the role

We are building a three‑person marketing pod to drive inbound demand for our Ignite program, which supports Perth‑based businesses across multiple sectors. As Marketing Manager you will own demand generation, lead the team and work directly with clients to grow our pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns targeting Perth business owners.
• Create, test and refine landing pages and lead magnets to maximise conversion rates.
• Manage email programmes and nurture sequences that turn downloads into booked calls.
• Improve website SEO and ensure our content appears in AI‑generated answers for relevant searches.
• Fill seats for webinars, social and learning events.
• Develop a systematic referral network by contacting clients for testimonials and referrals.
• Gather case studies, Google reviews and other social proof to convince prospects.
• Brief and review the work of two marketing specialists each week.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth or demand generation.
• Proven track record of generating high‑intent leads and reporting cost‑per‑lead metrics.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing campaigns without relying on agencies.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to accountants, clients or partners for referrals and testimonials.
• Experience managing a small team and external providers.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management.
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) management.
• Landing page creation and optimisation.
• Email marketing and lead‑nurture automation.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager proficiency.
