Marketing Executive – Retail & Lifestyle

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Karrinyup Shopping Centre, a premium fashion, dining, lifestyle and entertainment destination in Perth. The role sits within the centre’s Marketing Team and works closely with the national Digital & Marketing team to drive traffic, sales and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating the annual marketing plan and calendar, ensure alignment with national strategies and track progress.
• Execute in‑centre campaigns and events, manage activations and support post‑campaign analysis including retailer feedback, sales performance and foot‑traffic metrics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date multi‑channel information for retailers, centre campaigns and events across digital and social platforms.
• Coordinate retailer‑specific initiatives and joint promotions, encouraging participation in digital and centre‑based opportunities.
• Help communicate research insights and prepare internal marketing reports.
• Provide general administration support, including new tenant assistance, purchase order processing, budget tracking and participation in the centre’s duty management roster.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends and ability to translate them into actionable campaigns.
• Capability to identify priorities, develop timelines and deliver initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and retailer collaboration.
