Marketing Executive

About the role

Crown Resorts is seeking a Marketing Executive to join the Crown Melbourne Marketing team. You will help drive commercial growth across gaming, hospitality, entertainment and broader resort experiences by turning customer insights into impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate customer insights into effective initiatives.
• Develop campaign briefs, customer offers and communication plans aligned to business objectives.
• Coordinate delivery across CRM, EDM, SMS, digital, social and owned channels.
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring on‑brand communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and ROI, analysing data to optimise outcomes.
• Support promotional activations, events and key business initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years’ experience in marketing, brand or communications roles.
• Proven experience supporting integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM and social media.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality‑assurance skills.
