Marketing Coordinator

About the role

A leading Australian biotechnology organisation delivering tissue and regenerative medicine products to healthcare providers across Australia and internationally is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator in its Product Management, Marketing & Education team. The role is hands-on and based in Frenchs Forest, NSW, and covers brand, digital, content, events and product launches, working with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing campaigns
• Create marketing collateral, digital assets, clinical evidence summaries and educational resources
• Manage EDMs, website content and other digital channels
• Develop targeted campaigns for surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals and channel partners
• Support new product and technology launches
• Coordinate conferences, trade exhibitions, clinical workshops and surgeon education events
• Maintain internal and external communications and consistent brand messaging
• Build relationships with internal teams, healthcare professionals, distributors and external partners

Required profile

• Self-motivated marketing expert who takes ownership of projects and works across multiple stakeholders
• Ideally marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Experience managing digital channels, EDMs, websites, social media and campaign analytics
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail

• Salary of $100,000 - $110,000 per annum
