Marketing Communications Officer

About the role

Proveda, a community-led organisation in Northern Sydney supporting older people, people with dementia, disability, severe and persistent mental illness and complex health needs, is looking for a marketing communications officer. Reporting to the Manager – Marketing and Communications, you will deliver marketing outputs and support the team's strategy and digital capability within a small, dynamic group involved in planning and implementing marketing activities.

• Digital marketing and analytics
• Social media
• Graphic design
• Media relations
• Content creation and newsletters
• Website management
• Stakeholder engagement campaigns
• Email marketing journeys

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
• Digital marketing expertise
• Copywriting experience with attention to detail
• Experience in social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and teamwork skills
• Willingness to undergo an NDIS worker screen check

Required skills

• MS Office Suite and WordPress (or similar web platforms)
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Mailchimp and Google Analytics
• Photo and video editing production
