Marketing Coordinator

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator at Exigo Tech, you will turn strategic plans into action, running multi‑channel campaigns, creating content, and managing partner marketing while keeping our digital presence active.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on email, LinkedIn, event and webinar campaigns; build journeys and lead scoring in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Create and publish LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters and sales collateral; manage the content calendar and social channels.
• Coordinate joint marketing with partners such as Microsoft and Telstra, manage partner portals and claim MDF funds.
• Update and maintain website pages, support SEO, monitor analytics and ensure leads flow into the CRM.
• Keep CRM and marketing data clean, manage budget trackers and work with offshore teams on shared assets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, IT services or SaaS.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong writing ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM)
• HubSpot or comparable marketing automation
• WordPress content management
• Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (basic video editing)
• AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot
