Head of Marketing – Fintech Lending

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing function for a fast‑growing non‑bank lender, reporting directly to the leadership team. This senior position is responsible for shaping and executing a strategy that drives loan book growth, originations and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned to loan book growth, revenue and profitability.
• Drive broker and third‑party channel engagement through targeted campaigns, content and sales enablement.
• Optimise the end‑to‑end customer acquisition funnel from brand awareness to settlement.
• Design data‑led lifecycle marketing programs to deepen relationships and maximise retention.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market differentiation for brokers, introducers and SME clients.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics and performance data to improve conversion and marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven marketing leadership experience within a non‑bank B2B lending environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to link marketing spend to revenue and growth outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who is also hands‑on, comfortable developing vision and executing delivery.
• Analytical capability with experience using data and customer insights for decision‑making.
