Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

Annature is seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Coordinator to own the creation and distribution of customer stories, press releases, and partner campaigns. You will work closely with the leadership team to turn ideas into published content that showcases our digital signature and verification solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce customer success stories from interview to publication.
• Own end‑to‑end press releases and announcements, including drafting, approvals, and distribution.
• Coordinate co‑branded marketing initiatives with partners and sponsors.
• Build and manage a video testimonial programme, overseeing scripting, production, and publishing.
• Run review initiatives to boost presence on trusted platforms.
• Design and execute customer gifting and engagement programmes.
• Support paid social experiments and promotional campaigns alongside leadership.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing, communications or PR coordination, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Strong writing ability to turn conversations into compelling stories.
• Confident communicator comfortable reaching out to customers, partners and suppliers.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn publishing tools.
• Ability to create visual assets using Canva.

What we offer

• Salary range $70,000‑$80,000 AUD per year, visible in the posting.
