About the role
Austranna is seeking two experienced, hands‑on leaders for its growing operations in the Greater Ipswich Region, Queensland. One role will oversee manufacturing production, the other will manage post‑harvest processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, GMP compliance and continuous improvement.
- Manage team performance and foster a culture of accountability and quality.
- Lead post‑harvest operations, building a capable team and ensuring efficient, safe and high‑quality processes.
- Collaborate across functions to support business growth and operational efficiency.
