Manufacturing Production Operator

About the role

Join Viatris' Production team in Carole Park, manufacturing high‑quality tablets and capsules. This full‑time permanent role works Monday to Friday on a rotating roster and includes a $2,000 new‑starter stay bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage work efficiently and cost‑effectively to meet manufacturing plans and targets.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve issues and constraints in the work area.
• Participate in improvement projects and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain cGMP compliance by following company policies, completing GMP documentation, and reporting deviations.
• Contribute to a motivated workforce through effective communication, teamwork, and safety participation.

Required profile

• Problem‑solving skills and a "can‑do" attitude.
• Neat handwriting and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Experience in a similar environment (preferred).
• Ability to calculate, solve mathematical problems, and interpret data on charts.
• Understanding of strict, government‑enforced procedures.
