Manager - Tax and Business Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a Manager for our Tax and Business Advisory division in Western Australia. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients, the advisory team and senior partners, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise resources to deliver timely, high‑quality client work across multiple ledgers and industries.
• Review and oversee accounting and business services including accounts, BAS, budgets and management reporting.
• Implement measures to meet KPIs such as productivity, fee generation and new client acquisition.
• Analyse financial data, develop action plans and support client growth strategies.
• Prepare and monitor billing schedules to ensure cash‑flow targets are met.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing team, addressing personal and professional development needs.

Required profile

• Degree qualified – Bachelor of Commerce, Business or equivalent.
• Completed CA or CPA qualification.
• Current national police clearance (issued within the last six months).
• Australian work rights.
• Strong judgement, critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated drive, integrity and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud‑based accounting software.
• Ability to interpret and apply tax and business advisory regulations.
