Manager - Global Forwarding Inland (APAC)

About the role

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager to lead the APAC Inland product strategy, aligning drayage, LTL, pickup and delivery services with global priorities. The role will shape a data‑driven inland logistics offering, improve financial performance and standardise processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC Inland strategy, coordinating with global product, operations, pricing and commercial teams.
• Build and manage a regional Inland team, providing coaching, performance management and clear accountability.
• Own carrier procurement, segmentation, contract alignment, rate governance and capacity planning.
• Monitor AGP and volume performance, identify margin opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Establish carrier scorecards, KPIs and business reviews to improve quality, cost and reliability.
• Lead change management to adopt a standardized, product‑led Inland model across countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in global forwarding, inland logistics or related functions.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to interpret AGP, volume and cost data.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
