Manager - Business & Tax Advisory

About the role

KPMG is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Business & Tax Advisory team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of private businesses, start‑ups, family groups, trusts, partnerships and small listed entities, providing tax and accounting guidance that supports their growth and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tax and accounting advice to a range of mid‑market clients, including foreign subsidiaries.
• Develop technical expertise across tax compliance, accounting and business advisory services.
• Lead client engagements, maintain regular contact, and present findings to senior client leaders.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Completed CA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex tax issues.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership.
