Manager / Associate Director – Valuation Services

About the role

KPMG’s Valuation Services team in Sydney is expanding and seeks experienced professionals at the Manager or Associate Director level to lead valuation engagements and mentor junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end valuation engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop business development proposals and contribute to service growth initiatives.
• Utilise data analytics, simulations and visualisation tools to solve complex valuation challenges.
• Prepare and present valuation reports that clearly explain assumptions, methodologies and findings.
• Coach and manage junior team members, overseeing workstreams and deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering valuation advice (income, market, cost approaches).
• Commercially focused, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Relevant technical qualifications or progress toward CA, CFA (desirable but not essential).
