Management Couples for Holiday Parks – NSW & VIC

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking experienced management couples to run holiday parks in New South Wales and Victoria under a contract‑management model. You will live onsite with accommodation and utilities provided, overseeing all aspects of park operations.

Key responsibilities

• Employ, engage, lead and manage the park team.
• Take ownership of day‑to‑day park operations and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, financial performance and payroll.
• Apply strong commercial thinking to drive park performance.
• Build positive relationships with guests, employees, stakeholders and the local community.
• Ensure safety, compliance and statutory requirements are met.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing hospitality, accommodation, tourism or holiday‑park operations.
• Experience running your own business or working in a contract‑management environment.
• Strong commercial and financial capability, including budgeting.
• Complementary partnership skills covering operations, maintenance, people leadership and administration.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Willingness to live and work onsite.
