Management Consultant – Fully Remote – Up to $120/hr

About the role

Mercor is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to evaluate AI‑generated artifacts on a fully remote basis. You will apply your business‑strategy expertise to assess documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain‑specific quality rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated artifacts using detailed quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in various deliverables.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI‑generated work products.
• Grade outputs for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality based on subject‑matter expertise.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing evaluation processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in general business strategy or management.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution (preferred).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
