Management Accountant – Finance Team (CASC & Facades)

About the role

SRG Global is looking for a commercially‑minded Management Accountant to join its Finance team in Subiaco. You will own the month‑end reporting process and provide budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the CASC and Facades business units, supporting high‑value, project‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end month‑end reporting for CASC and Facades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management and project financial reports.
• Analyse actual results against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and trends.
• Partner with Operations to investigate cost overruns, underspends and project performance.
• Support Cost‑to‑Completion forecasting and monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Provide financial insights for operational and commercial decision‑making.
• Ensure appropriate revenue recognition and compliance reporting (BAS, IAS, PAYG, TPAR, ABS).
• Manage key financial controls, including balance‑sheet and bank reconciliations and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Set up and close projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365, maintaining data integrity.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Operations and Systems teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a Management Accountant or similar role.
• Strong experience in month‑end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience in a project‑based environment, preferably construction, engineering or infrastructure.
