Maintenance Officer - Southport

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Maintenance Officer for its Southport aged-care home. You will help keep the home well presented and supported by a team of dedicated and caring people who enrich the lives of residents. The role involves working both inside and outside the home, supporting residents with their maintenance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Use a can-do, collaborative approach to keep the home's presentation to the highest standard.
• Carry out a variety of tasks inside and outside the home while getting to know the residents you support.
• Coordinate the maintenance program and keep excellent records.

Required profile

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate the maintenance program.
• Excellent record keeping.
• General handy skills, which are highly valued in this role.
