About the role

Estia Health, an aged care provider with 96 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, is looking for a Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant in Southport. The role keeps each home clean, hygienic and safe for residents, and is part of a team of aged care professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, hygienic and safe for residents every day
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation of and service within the home
• Manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical
• A strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles
• Positive, warm, empathetic and with a can-do approach
• Team player
