About the role

Join CXG as a Luxury Brand Evaluator in Canberra, providing honest feedback on premium retail experiences across beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches or automobiles.

Key responsibilities

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury stores you shop at.
Provide detailed feedback on the customer experience.

Required profile

Current customer of premium or luxury brands.
Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
