Logistics & Planning Executive – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Planning Executive to support Tiffany & Co.’s Australia and New Zealand markets. The role will drive operational excellence by delivering a flexible, cost‑effective logistics service to stores while optimising inventory quality and quantity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with import, export and customs regulations.
• Partner with customs brokers and internal teams to streamline processes, control costs and align with brand strategy.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve domestic transportation procedures.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, verify invoices and freight charges, and manage all shipment documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock movement records and support stocktakes, price changes and store rebalancing.
• Liaise with Regional Supply Chain to support product replenishment, seasonal launches and merchandise planning.
• Serve as the primary logistics contact for stores, handling order management and supply‑chain queries.
• Analyse monthly logistics KPIs (transportation costs, delivery times, storage costs) and recommend improvements.
• Assist the Logistics and Distribution Manager with special projects and implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail logistics, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CITES requirements for international freight.
• Understanding of customs regulations and import/export compliance.
