Logistics Manager – International Supply Chain

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global leader in agricultural technology as a Logistics Manager (Product Delivery Coordinator). You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and worldwide supply‑chain networks, gaining hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end product delivery, margin analysis and demand forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipment of products and components from manufacturers in China and Malaysia to warehouse hubs in Brisbane and Kansas City.
• Monitor real‑time inventory, preventing stockouts or overstocking through strict control procedures.
• Support pricing strategy by analysing global market trends, competitor pricing and logistics costs.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast demand, optimise ordering timelines and provide stock‑on‑hand insights to commercial and sales leaders.
• Implement, maintain and audit warehouse management systems (Cin7, Carton Cloud, Fishbowl) as part of continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with quality, commercial and innovation teams to design sustainable, brand‑consistent packaging.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability objectives, QMS standards and ISO 27001 data‑security requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems: Cin7, Carton Cloud, Fishbowl.
• Predictive analytics for demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.
