Logistics Coordinator – South Brisbane

About the role

Supplyhaus is looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join its South Brisbane office. In this role you will be the central hub ensuring that all materials arrive on site according to construction sequencing and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules with site teams, suppliers and transport providers, keeping all parties informed of status.
• Act as the primary contact between project teams, site personnel, suppliers and transport companies.
• Review packing lists and delivery requirements to guarantee accurate and timely dispatch.
• Issue clear delivery instructions, including load details, site contacts and access notes.
• Monitor transport progress and proactively resolve delays, access issues or misroutes.
• Manage import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems for tracking, reporting, compliance and proof of delivery.
• Organise workflow for invoice processing, checking accuracy against rates, purchase orders and delivery records.
• Investigate and resolve billing enquiries and discrepancies.

Required profile

• Previous logistics experience with solid understanding of shipping, freight, scheduling systems and transport processes.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and chain‑of‑responsibility requirements is highly regarded.
• Customer‑focused attitude with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and strong problem‑solving mindset.
