Litigation and Regulatory Lawyer – Manager (Office of General Counsel)

About the role

You will join the Litigation, Regulatory and Counselling team within PwC's Office of General Counsel. In this position you will manage a portfolio of regulatory and litigation matters, provide practical legal advice, and work closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regulatory matters and develop strategic responses to legal risk.
• Oversee litigation and contentious matters, including coordination with external counsel.
• Prepare and deliver clear, commercial‑focused legal advice to internal clients.
• Identify, assess and communicate legal risk in a business‑friendly manner.
• Contribute to team knowledge, matter management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Strong background in litigation, regulatory or other contentious matters.
• Sound legal judgement with the ability to provide practical, commercial advice.
• Proven ability to manage matters autonomously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, highly organised and proactive.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to coach and support colleagues.
