Lifecycle Manager - Growth

About the role

Stake is seeking a Lifecycle Manager to join its Growth team in Sydney. You will own customer engagement across the entire journey, identifying key moments, uncovering opportunities, and building personalised experiences to boost retention and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a lifecycle strategy covering activation, engagement, retention and re‑engagement.
• Translate customer behaviour data into personalised communications and measurable business impact.
• Build segmentation and personalisation capabilities for timely, relevant messaging.
• Establish a culture of experimentation, continuously testing and optimising messaging, timing, channels and journeys.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering and Data to turn friction points into growth opportunities.
• Create measurement frameworks linking initiatives to engagement, retention and customer value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lifecycle, CRM or customer growth, focusing on engagement, retention and LTV.
• Systems‑thinking mindset, connecting behaviour into end‑to‑end journeys.
• Strong curiosity, using quantitative data and customer insight to drive decisions.
• Hands‑on experimentation: hypothesis development, outcome measurement and iterative improvement.
• Ownership from strategy through execution, collaborating across functions.
• Clear communication of data‑driven insights to influence business direction.
