Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fixed Term

About the role

This full‑time, fixed‑term position (until March 2027) offers the chance to join a global mobility leader and manage recruitment for Avis, Budget and Apex across NSW and QLD. You can work from Mascot, Sydney or Brisbane with flexible remote options.

Key responsibilities

• Use the applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow, ensure compliance and update statuses in real time.
• Screen applicants, coordinate face‑to‑face and virtual interviews, collect feedback and extend offers.
• Provide a high‑touch candidate experience throughout application, offer and onboarding stages.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a talent acquisition subject‑matter expert.
• Advertise vacancies within budget, develop sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles and meet recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience using an ATS.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership.
• Creative mindset for sourcing talent and strong relationship‑building abilities.
