About the role
Tyndale Christian School is seeking a relational, innovative and purposeful Learner Enrichment Leader to champion inclusive education within its Middle School (Years 7-9). The position is based at Salisbury East, is full-time (1.0 FTE) and permanent, commencing on 18 January 2027. It offers the chance to shape practice, strengthen a dedicated team and improve the learning, wellbeing and belonging of students.
The school wants someone who loves helping young people discover their strengths, overcome barriers and grow as confident, independent learners, and who turns a vision for inclusive education into meaningful classroom practice. Applicants must have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, a philosophy of Christian Education and regular church attendance.
