Head of Junior School

About the role

Tyndale Christian School is recruiting a Head of Junior School for a permanent position with a five-year tenure, based at Salisbury East. The role provides strong Christian, educational and strategic leadership across the Junior School, working closely with the Campus Principal and the Executive Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee teaching and learning, student wellbeing and pastoral care
• Lead staff development, operational and financial management, compliance and continuous school improvement
• Build positive relationships with staff, students, families and the wider community
• Lead innovation and change, and foster a culture of high expectations and excellence
• Integrate a biblical Christian worldview into the life, culture and educational programs of the school

Required profile

• Sincere Christian faith and a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ
• A philosophy of Christian education and regular church attendance
• Ability to model servant leadership
