Learning Consultant - ANZ Academy Facilitator

About the role

The ANZ Academy is an enterprise-wide learning program that builds knowledge, skills and confidence aligned to ANZ's capability priorities. The Learning Consultant is a dual facilitation and learning design role within the Talent & Culture division, responsible for the high-quality delivery and ongoing creation of ANZ Academy learning experiences. It is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate ANZ Academy and LEAD@ANZ programs dynamically, mostly in virtual environments such as Teams Live webinars and virtual classrooms, and occasionally in person
• Design and adapt learning experiences with subject matter experts and learning consultants
• Carry out learning needs analysis, program design, iteration and evaluation
• Apply adult learning principles and facilitation best practice to support behaviour change and capability uplift
• Role-model the ANZ Academy facilitation approach with divisional partners and stakeholders
• Contribute to Train-the-Trainer programs, facilitator capability uplift and communities of practice
• Support measurement, evaluation and stakeholder engagement, and provide learning program administration and coordination as required

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Education or equivalent
• Significant experience in learning design, facilitation or leadership development
• Demonstrated excellence in facilitating leadership and professional capability programs in large corporate environments
• Proven experience in leadership, learning or organisational development contexts
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting and influencing skills, and written and verbal communication skills

Required skills

• Experience designing learning experiences using adult learning and instructional design principles
• Virtual and hybrid facilitation using Microsoft Teams and related tools, including breakout rooms
• Desirable: formal instructional or learning design experience, coaching accreditation, learning experience platform experience, SuccessFactors or similar LMS familiarity, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Agile environment experience
