Lead Field Service Technician – Security Systems

About the role

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Lead Field Service Technician to drive commissioning, delivery and support of advanced security and integrated building technology projects across commercial and government sites in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Commission, integrate and configure security and building services systems, including EACS, CCTV, Type 1A, Gallagher and Lenel platforms.
• Diagnose faults, repair, program and provide technical support to project teams, subcontractors and customers.
• Liaise with project managers, installers and trade partners to ensure safe, high‑quality project delivery.
• Identify project risks, maintain documentation and promote continuous improvement and safe work practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with security and control systems commissioning.
• Electrical or Electronics qualification (Diploma or higher) and Supervisor Trade Certificate.
• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and ability to obtain security clearances.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
