Ticketing and Accreditation Manager

About the role

Lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing, accreditation and access control operations for a diverse portfolio of events at Sydney Showground and ENGIE Stadium. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring safe, seamless and efficient access for patrons, exhibitors, contractors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end ticketing and accreditation services for exhibitions, concerts, festivals, sporting events and major public events.
• Oversee ticket allocations, seating manifests, access permissions and accreditation systems.
• Coordinate with event organisers, promoters, ticketing agents, security teams and contractors to ensure smooth event‑day delivery.
• Produce post‑event reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Venue Management, Event Management or related field.
• Current Class C driver’s licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements and experience in crowd management or front‑of‑house operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using ticketing systems and event management software (e.g., Momentus Event Business Management System, AutoCAD, Event Draw).
