About the role
The Lead Educator will guide and nurture young learners in a Reggio Emilia‑inspired environment, collaborating with a supportive team and families to foster curiosity and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inquiry‑based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Mentor and support educators, promoting reflective practice and professional development.
- Engage with families to build strong partnerships and community connections.
Required profile
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA‑approved).
- Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday, 7.6‑hour shifts.
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration or willingness to obtain.
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.
