Early Childhood Trainee

About the role

Join G8 Education’s traineeship program to work as an Early Childhood Trainee while completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will support children’s development and learn practical skills in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist educators in delivering quality education and care, following centre policies and philosophies.
• Support children’s physical care, development, and documentation of learning.
• Help with day‑to‑day operations of the classroom and maintain a safe environment.

Required profile

• Willingness to make a lifelong impact on children and families.
• Motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
