Lead Digital Marketing Consultant

About the role

DMCG, a multi‑award‑winning digital agency, is seeking a Lead Digital Marketing Consultant to drive complex campaigns for top Australian brands. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will have autonomy to shape strategy and elevate agency performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns, including strategy, financial modelling and ecosystem building.
• Lead SEO and GEO initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and set quality standards across organic and paid search.
• Manage project resources while staying hands‑on with implementation.
• Maintain and grow relationships with complex client accounts, demonstrating ongoing value.
• Contribute to the development of new digital marketing technologies, products and operational systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven senior‑level expertise in campaign strategy, client management and technical execution.

Required skills

• Advanced SEO and GEO knowledge.
• Google Ads (paid & organic) and remarketing expertise.
• Email marketing and analytics proficiency.
• Strong command of GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.
• Experience leveraging AI for campaign automation (highly desirable).
