Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital agency in Perth seeking a Digital Account Manager with at least three years of experience. You will own a diverse client portfolio and work closely with our in‑house specialists to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website development projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and campaign performance to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Analyse campaign data, produce insights and reports, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Lead client meetings to present progress, discuss future plans and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making strategic recommendations.

Required skills

• SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads platforms.
• WordPress website projects.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
• SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
