Lawyer/Associate – Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Construction or Transactional Advisory

Chambers Russell Lawyers is seeking a motivated Lawyer/Associate to join its expanding national team. The role will involve managing an independent caseload within our Queensland strata practice, under the guidance of senior partners. Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory matters.
• Provide legal advice and representation to high‑calibre clients.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of the Queensland strata team.
• Meet deadlines and uphold the firm’s professional standards.

Required profile

• 1+ years post‑admission experience in litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time‑management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, strong initiative and a collaborative, team‑player mindset.
