About the role
The Workplace Law Team at Crown Law is seeking a Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation on public sector employment, industrial relations and discrimination matters. You will work under the guidance of senior practitioners in a flexible, supportive environment that values work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver legal advice on public sector employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.
- Conduct legal research and draft opinions, policies and court documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations, tribunals and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with other teams within Crown Law to ensure consistent legal service delivery.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer able to work under general guidance from senior practitioners.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Commitment to Crown Law’s values of integrity, excellence, respect and responsibility.
Required skills
- Legal research and analysis.
- Drafting of legal documents and advice letters.
- Knowledge of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.
